2019/20 Academy Refund Policies

Payment Information and Refund Policy

2019/20 Gateway Academy Classes

  • Summer: Summer Camps must be paid in full upon registration. Refunds are available until one week prior to camp start, after which no refunds are issued.
  • Fall session and Year-long classes: Final payment is due on or before September 16, 2019. Refunds are available until October 1, 2019, after which no refunds are issued.
  • Winter Session classes: Final payment is due on or before December 31, 2019. Refunds are available until January 14, 2020, after which no refunds are issued.

Refunds are subject to a $100 course withdrawal fee. All payments are non-transferable between individuals. Gateway Academy reserves the right to cancel any class due to situations beyond our control; in such case, a full refund will be issued.
Gateway Academy is not responsible for students before and after class time. A $25 fee is charged for all late pick–ups. Specific terms and details will be supplied to parents of registered students.

Payment for Year-long and Sessional Classes can be made in full upon registration or in maximum two equal installments. Installments are only available when registering in-person or by phone.
A $25 fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
