Gateway is 40 this year, and we invite you to accept our Fabulous 40th Birthday Bash Challenge! We challenge 1,000 of our loyal supporters to give $40 for us to reach our ultimate goal of $40,000 of individual donations for this momentous season. It’s a small gift that has the potential to deliver grand surprises on stage for our Richmond community and beyond!
Here are some ways your $40 contribution to the Birthday Bash Challenge makes the magic happen:
- 150 gifts of $40 = $6,000 and wraps our performers in dazzling costumes, illuminating the stage and delighting you, our audience.
- 200 gifts of $40 = $8,000 gifts our talented cast the choreography to twirl and swirl in the upcoming production of Lionel Bart’s Oliver!, bringing joy to every seat in the house.
- 800 gifts of $40 = $32,000 and ensures that our incredible musicians will bring the gift of music to life, so that every note resonates within the heartbeat of our theatre space!
By making a $40 donation, you will not only support our programming but you will be added into a draw to win two free tickets to our Fabulous 40th Gala on March 8th, 2025 AND be added to our special list of participants in our $40 Birthday Bash Challenge.
As we are a not-for-profit registered charity, your donation of $40 is tax-deductible and you will receive a tax receipt. As this gift is over $25, you also become a valued member of the Richmond Gateway Theatre Society and have a vote at the AGM. (View Constitution and Bylaws).
