This concert is jointly presented by the Grand Ensemble Chorus and the BC Chinese Music Association. The concert features works individually performed by chorus and orchestra, as well as traditional and contemporary Chinese songs accompanied by traditional Chinese orchestra. Works featured include a medley of tunes by Theresa Teng and a spectacular arrangement of the famous Peking Opera tune, Li Hua Song (Praise to the Pear Blossom). This concert celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Grand Ensemble Chorus.
